This home is very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Beautifully decorated with modern touches. The hot tub and game room just made it the perfect home for what we needed. We will definitely be back when we stay in Springfield.

Tony’s house was perfect for our family’s weekend getaway. Plenty of room for everyone with nice open areas for family time and good sized bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The downstairs layout was perfect for my son and his young family, complete with a kids room with bunk beds and plenty of toys (which went over very well!), and a nice open family area to chill in. The hot tub was a nice bonus too! Check-in was a breeze with ample and timely communication, and we were impressed by how immaculate everything was when we arrived. With a convenient south Springfield location in a quiet neighborhood, this will definitely remain on our list for future visits to the area.

This is the second time we have stayed at Tony’s place and it was excellent once again. Tony responds to messages very promptly and worked with us when we had to adjust our travel dates. Will definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay in Tony’s house. It was immaculate, as described, and perfect for our family trip. The open floor plan was the perfect setting for a holiday dinner with members of our family, as everyone was together in one big space. The outdoor deck is large and comfortable and the hot tub was amazing to have after long days of running around. The location is a just few minute drive from any convenience you would need (groceries, restaurants, etc.) while the neighborhood itself is very quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Tony was very responsive and an excellent host. We highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at Tony’s home and both times it’s been a great stay. Ample amenities in the home and space for everyone to enjoy each other’s company or retreat to our own spaces.

We had family members fly in from NC and CA to see family that lives close to the bnb. We were extremely impressed with this house and the host. He was very responsive and helpful in all situations. The house was clean and spacious and all around a wonderful place to stay. We will stay here again if we come back to visit in the future. Highly recommend this Airbnb!!

Wow!! This is just like the pics! Our family stayed here for our son’s graduation. From college kids to 70+, we had a blast! The place is spacious for kids to hang in the basement and the adults upstairs. Beautiful kitchen! The game room was quite a hit! Tony was so great! Always speedy to respond. It is so evident how much love and care they have spent creating a home that families can come and create memories of their own. We have future graduations and we will be back!!

If you’re in Springfield I can not imagine a nicer place to stay! From how easy and responsive Tony is, the super clean house and all the extra things Tony has thought about I don’t believe this house can be beat! For context I’m 54 and this is the first review I have ever written, that’s how nice this place is!

I stayed at Tony's place with a group of 6 other writers for a retreat. all 7 of us felt at home. There was space for all of us torelax and have space to work. We loved everything about the space and would love to go back one day.
